On March 1st, 2012, the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT) presented Faculty Advising Faculty, a sketch exploring the junior faculty-senior faculty mentoring process which examines the many factors, both individual and institutional, that can hinder or foster effective mentoring.
Faculty mentors and mentees enjoyed an end-of-the-semester opportunity to network and share suggestions and tips for summer planning, including how to maintain work-life balance, manage time, stay organized, format your CV, set summer goals, keep a log, and create detailed and realistic plans.
